Terms and Conditions for Static Cat Studio LLC

Welcome to Static Cat Studio LLC. By using our physical photo booth services or visiting our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Photo Booth Digital Delivery
By entering your mobile phone number or email address on our photo booth touchscreen user interface, you explicitly request and consent to receive a one-time automated text message (SMS/MMS) or email containing a digital copy or link to your photo booth media.

2. SMS Terms (Carrier Rules)
One-Time Messages: Text messages sent from our system are transactional and sent only upon direct request by the user at the machine. No recurring text subscriptions are created.
Fees: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out: Because these are one-time requested text messages, you will not receive future messages. However, you may reply STOP to any message to permanently block our number from routing messages to your device.
3. Content Ownership & Use
By participating in the photo booth experience, you understand that your photos are hosted on a secure digital server to allow you to download them. You retain the personal rights to your image. Static Cat Studio LLC will not sell your photos to third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability
Static Cat Studio LLC is not responsible for text delivery failures resulting from carrier network congestion, invalid phone numbers entered by the user, or mobile device service interruptions.
